Off my chest

I just need to get this off my chest, as I see it more and more every day.  If you can not make a full 90 degree left or right hand turn in your car with only one hand on the wheel because the other is clutching your cell phone, you have two options.  1 - Stop talking on the phone while driving, or, 2 - put the car in park and walk.

In the last month I have nearly been hit 4 different times, all of them in this situation, not being able to control their car with one hand.  HELLO!!!!!  They make hands free devices!  If you are too cheap to get one, then stop putting me at risk and park your damn car.
